How do I know which package is right for me?

Before selecting a package, consider the features your website will require and compare that against what is offered by each VIUS Package. Note that although VIUS designs and builds your website, you will receive training on how to manage the site on your own, so that you may edit content, add pages, and continue to grow your website later on.

What happens if I want to upgrade my package?

Upgrading your package is easiest to do in the design phase, before the website goes into the build phase. If you decide to upgrade, your project manager will work with you to strategize and plan out the remaining steps of the project. Your contract will change to reflect the new package you’ve chosen

Can I customize my package?

VIUS packages are created to offer customers the ideal combination of features needed by most businesses. In order to keep pricing reasonable, our packages are created using pre-built sets of technology to allow for the rapid build-out of your site. Therefore, customizations are not available beyond the features in the package. If you require a custom website, we recommend you check out Inverse Paradox.

How do I know what content should be provided?

The VIUS Package you purchase will determine the number of pages VIUS will build for your website (though you can always add more pages yourself after launch!). Your project manager will help you outline the content that you should provide and will send you a sitemap that can be used as a reference for what each page will be.

In terms of delivery to VIUS, word processing documents are the easiest way to send your content. To simplify the process, each page of your site should have its own document and VIUS will copy anything included in the document to your website.

What can I edit later?

After your website launches, you will be able to edit existing content and add or remove pages and posts. VIUS will train you on how to manage your website, but we are also glad to provide support if you have further questions or concerns.

You’ll learn more about the training and support process once you begin working with VIUS.

How will I know how to edit my website?

Regardless of your package, VIUS will schedule a one-hour training session with you for after your website launches. You’ll learn how to manage your website, edit existing content and add or remove pages and posts.

If you run into issues in the process, we are also glad to provide support. A 10-day grace period comes with each package, during which time VIUS will assist in restoring your website to a functioning state. After the 10-day period has ended, support requests will be charged at VIUS’s usual price of $100 per hour.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, VIUS accepts all major Credit Cards, PayPal and payments by Check.

Do I need to make a down payment?

Yes, all VIUS packages are subject to a 50% down payment on the project and a proper contract is signed and executed by VIUS and the client for both companies’ records. The remaining 50% is invoiced at the completion of your website with a Net-30 term.
